Responsibilities
As a Customer Service, Verification Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Verifying customer information to match them with the right insurance provider
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, building rapport and resolving issues
- Navigating online systems to access customer information and resolve queries
- Overcoming objections and encouraging customers to take the reputed company
- Working independently, with minimal supervision, to meet performance targets

Schedule
* Flexible schedule opportunities, with client hours of operation: + Monday-Friday: 7:00am to 11:00pm CST + Saturday: 8:00am to 7:00pm CST + Sunday: 11:00am to 4:00pm CST
- Limited hours after 6:00pm and reputed company Sunday hours.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and resolving issues
- Sales skills, with the ability to "assume the sale" and encourage customers to take the reputed company
- Strong ability to overcome objections and navigate online systems
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to engage with customers while navigating online systems
- Personal computer (no tablet), with a wired internet reputed company (at least 10 Mbps download speed)
- Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (Mac users: reputed company-based machines with Windows 11 installed reputed company reputed company's Boot Camp utility)
