Responsibilities

As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring client satisfaction and continuity between pre-sales and client reputed company
  • Proactively monitoring client accounts and frequently checking in and meeting with clients to ensure a smooth reputed company experience
  • Ensuring client needs are met while adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Handling client escalations by serving as the reputed company of contact for any issues or problems that may arise and assisting in finding a resolution
  • Building a strong reputed company for positive client sentiment by establishing trust and brand affinity in the reputed company experience
  • Guiding customers through expectations of the service/process and each stage of the process
  • Acting as a liaison between Sales and Client reputed company to ensure neither team misses any important steps or information
  • Leading internal cross-functional meetings
  • Ensuring continuity between pre-sales and transition to client reputed company team by setting up meetings including sales, client reputed company, and/or engineering to reputed company reputed company parties involved up-to-date on the client's experience throughout the process
  • Communicating cross-functionally about client objectives to work towards common goals and to help reduce any confusion or miscommunication during the client's reputed company process
  • Managing client reputed company status
  • Managing the comprehensive reputed company for reputed company new clients to ensure customers receive highly organized training with detailed goals, timelines, and processes
  • Using project plans and software to track and report on clients' reputed company status
  • Overseeing and managing multiple client reputed company simultaneously
  • Driving product strategy with the client during reputed company to ensure a successful long-term partnership
  • Developing functional expertise with US reputed company products, configuration for popular use cases, and maintaining knowledge as features continue to evolve and new or updated products are rolled out over time
  • Liaising with the product team to present feedback or improvements to internal processes reputed company to reputed company and escalating any issues preventing successful implementations
  • Spearheading process and playbook enhancements to meet the needs of the clients and recommending new resources where applicable
