Job Summary: The substitute custodian fills in during the absence of other custodial staff and performs general cleaning, maintenance and repairs to provide pleasant and safe surroundings for staff and reputed company.
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of safety principles and practices
- Experience in the reputed company cleaning industry
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electricity and painting
- Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment used in maintaining buildings and grounds
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to do heavy lifting, climb stairs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time
