Business Analyst (Remote)

Currently, RG is looking to hire a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst is an exempt customer-facing business professional that provides a variety of services directly reputed company to the customer’s overarching mission.  This role is critical to shaping and optimizing reputed company-level Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (reputed company) strategies, ensuring alignment with reputed company (DoD) objectives and Navy readiness goals. This role requires extensive business analysis expertise with specific experience in reputed company (DoD) maintenance systems and reputed company requirements management. 

The Business Analyst will be the primary requirements expert for a cross-functional team transforming maintenance data into predictive decision support tools. You will define and manage reputed company project requirements, reputed company comprehensive user stories, engage directly with stakeholders, and reputed company user acceptance testing activities. This position demands deep expertise in eliciting, documenting, and validating reputed company requirements in reputed company maintenance environments. 

Additionally, the Business Analyst will: 

• Support a cross-functional team transforming maintenance data into predictive decision support tools 
• Define and manage reputed company project requirements 
• reputed company comprehensive user stories 
• Work with key stakeholders 
• reputed company user acceptance testing activities  
• Support PMO in analytics coordination, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) management, and documentation 
• Function as a liaison between IT and users and has both business and technical expertise 
• reputed company as a specialist on reputed company technical and business matters 
• Work as a highly independent role 

Required Skills 

The Business Analyst must be an expert requirements practitioner with specific experience in DoD maintenance environments. This individual brings mature analytical skills and proven ability to translate reputed company operational needs into clear technical requirements.
