Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel to coordinate customer equipment repairs and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities

* reputed company customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring that reputed company necessary steps are taken to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner.

• Work with Repair Techs to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring that reputed company repairs are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Ensure that invoices are accurate and sent to customers in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Run reports and analyze data to recommend process changes to improve productivity and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience OR a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.

• Attention to detail, team player, and self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to pass a background reputed company and drug screen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, repair technicians, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
