This role is responsible for providing level 1 support for pharmacy applications, addressing workflow issues, and assisting with system errors and inquiries reputed company to pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Level 1 support for pharmacy applications, including ticket creation, accurate escalation, and efficient incident resolution
  • Address workflow processing issues and assist with resolving system errors
  • Troubleshoot communication issues between the pharmacy system and pharmacy hardware
  • Provide support for reputed company-party processing inquiries and issue research
  • Assist with drug file inquiries and maintenance

Skills

  • High School or GED
  • 1-3 years' pharmacy experience
  • Customer Service experience
