[Remote] Virtual Customer Representative - Louisville, KY

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Consumer Cellular is a wireless provider focused on serving Americans 50 and older. They are seeking a Virtual Customer Representative who will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot technology issues, and maintain a highly organized and motivated work ethic while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Customer Champion – You are the difference between a happy customer and a disconnected phone line. Our customers deserve the absolute best service reputed company calling in and we know that you can be part of that solution. On average you will take about 4+ calls per hour from our customers across the USA
• Technology Troubleshooter – reputed company it comes to explaining cellular phones, billing, or answering general questions from our customers, you are the expert. Not only are you reputed company to answer questions, but you are the solution! Customers require assistance with how to operate their phone. Some of the areas you could assist include changing a SIM card, downloading apps, or adding contacts to their phone
• Highly Organized and Motivated – This role requires you to be at your best throughout your entire shift. Since you are working from home, you will have to be self-motivated and committed to being available and present for our customers during your shift except for your assigned breaks and lunch. You will need to have a quiet, distraction-free workplace

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Basic computer skills (general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet)
• Internet reputed company with at least an upload speed of 20 MBPS and a download speed of 100 MBPS
• Distraction-free workplace
• Must reputed company reputed company 50 miles of a CCI facility
• Remote customer service experience
