This role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with carriers and delivering exceptional service by addressing their needs and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain reputed company relationships through reputed company reputed company, cold calling, and referrals
  • Learn about carriers’ business goals, preferences, and capabilities to maximize relationships and satisfaction
  • Monitor account activity, identify inactive or underutilized accounts, and take action to reactivate them
  • reputed company technology such as automated booking products, reputed company’s reputed company website, and mobile apps to enhance reputed company satisfaction and efficiency
  • Analyze freight market trends, seasonality, and supply-demand factors to reputed company informed pricing reputed company

  • Proactively post, negotiate, and secure available reputed company to meet customer needs

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (business, sales, marketing, supply chain, communications, or reputed company major is a plus)
  • Have experience using customer perspective to guide reputed company and actions
