Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company and help drive the reputed company of our reputed company account. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and helping to drive sales growth and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our reputed company account, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly to provide information regarding reputed company's new products and technology
  • Handling reputed company customer questions, inquiries, and objections with patience, professionalism, and ease
  • Providing tailored product and service recommendations by building strong customer relationships and identifying their wants and needs
  • Accurately inputting confidential customer information into our database using our POS software
  • Representing our clients in the most genuine, personable way to drive customer satisfaction and client retention
  • Assisting the sales team by generating leads, creating a referral pipeline, and evaluating the sales lifecycle

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Business, Communications, or reputed company fields preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Representative, serving, or sales role
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • The ability to be versatile and flexible
  • A positive outlook, fun attitude, and enjoys interacting with others
