IT Manager - Domain Solution and Architecture Initiatives

Job Profile Summary Manages the design and development activities for a group. Responsibility includes systems and application analysis, programming, feasibility studies, etc. This role leads an reputed company Technology Architecture team that supports Domain Solution and Architecture Initiatives. The team is composed of senior-level technology architects responsible for defining reputed company architecture direction, domain future state architecture and adherence to tech strategy and supporting domain solutions with technology reputed company. Essential Functions

• Partner with executive leadership and VP-level stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable technology direction.

• Promote appropriate use of AI in the architecture and development space such as code archeology

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly reputed company quantitative degree or reputed company field. Minimum Experience Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming.

• Skilled in one or more programming languages.
• If position is in mainframe environment, reputed company systems experience on reputed company operating systems or microprocessors required.
• Experience in the technical design and development of major data processing projects. IMS experience.
• If position is in client/server environment, systems development experience to include distributed systems is required.
• Experience in client/server technology, object oriented (OO) development or case tools.
• Experience in the technical design and development of major client/server projects.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company technology architecture roles.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple technology domains (reputed company platforms, distributed systems, data architecture, integration patterns, APIs, modernization strategies).
• Prior experience leading architects or high-performing technical teams.
• Proven ability to influence VP and executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience driving reputed company transformation, simplification, and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cross-domain integration and reputed company governance models.
