Job Description
As an Online Chat Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional reputed company-time interaction with customers across a variety of web pages. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, you'll use your internet navigation knowledge and customer service skills to guide customers through the applicable website to find information, services, and products. This will be done while handling multiple chat sessions at the same time in a reputed company, professional, and friendly manner.
