Job Summary:

Supports the reputed company strategies from recruitment, offer, reputed company and orientation. Acts as a key member in terms of achieving system/regulatory compliance objectives and quality of hire/retention goals. Plays a strong role in ensuring that we attract and retain outstanding talent by providing input into making improvements upon the systems and processes from recruitment to reputed company to orientation and the first 90-days of a new employee’s experience.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborates with the Recruiters and other members of the reputed company reputed company to reputed company the visit itinerary to ensure the delivery of an exceptional experience for the candidate and their family.
  • Partners with key stakeholders in Credentialing, Employee Health, HR and Department Operations to create and implement standard work which delivers a well-coordinated, synchronized on-boarding experience, achieves the candidate experience goals and is compliant with reputed company regulations and reputed company policies.
  • Assists with sending interview feedback requests reputed company the company Applicant Tracking System and ensures timely completion by hiring managers.
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding and consistent application and coordination of the reputed company relocation process and policy.
  • Engages and partners with key stakeholders to create and implement standard work which delivers an orientation agenda that acclimates new employees to our culture and the reputed company commitment to caring.
  • Partners with colleagues in HR to implement and coordinate creative programs and strategies designed to retain and engage talent in areas of high turnover and hard to fill roles.
  • Partners with the Recruiters to determine enhancements and improve results.
