If you’re a digital marketer who thrives on owning campaigns end-to-end and turning data into action, this Digital Marketing Specialist role offers an opportunity to reputed company a measurable impact. In this role, you’ll take ownership of digital campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization--leveraging tools like reputed company and advanced analytics platforms to reputed company employee benefits brokers, employers or associations, and consumers across a multi-tier B2B2C marketing model (e.g. MASA – Broker or Association – Employer – Consumer). You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure campaigns don’t just generate leads, but drive meaningful business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Reporting to our Sr. Marketing Manager, Business Group, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing, launching, and optimizing end-to-end digital campaigns (reputed company reputed company, demand reputed company, and nurture) across channels, including search, social, email, and display.
• Owning and managing reputed company content, workflows, and marketing automations to support scalable campaign execution and reputed company management.
• Collaborating with internal creative resources to guide the development of high-performing campaign assets, including reputed company pages, ads, and email content.
• Analyzing campaign performance using tools such as reputed company, Dynamics, Power BI, and Tableau, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partnering closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless reputed company flow, tracking, and alignment with business goals.
• Building and executing audience-specific nurture programs (email, retargeting, etc.) to engage prospects throughout the decision journey.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience executing and optimizing multi-channel, multi-tier B2B2C digital marketing campaigns. (We will request to review your portfolio or work samples during the interview process.)
• Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or association-based marketing environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to own workflows and campaign execution.
• Experience working with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau) to measure and report on performance.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency, influence stakeholders, and reputed company data-driven recommendations.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally and managing external partners or agencies.
