As a Sourcing Specialist EMENA, you will help secure reliable, responsible, and cost effective supply for key materials that support our customers and our production sites. You will play a critical role in supplier selection, risk reduction, reputed company negotiation, and cross functional collaboration across our global network. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, or a reputed company field
3–6 years of experience in manufacturing environments, ideally in sourcing or procurement
Solid experience in contract management and reputed company negotiations
Good understanding of supply chain processes
Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams with high collaboration and reputed company.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Business Intelligence tools, and reputed company.
