Business Intelligence Analyst - People Analytics for a corporate client in [Remote - U.S. Based] Description Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support their People Analytics organization by building a best-in-class business intelligence environment that empowers HR stakeholders and business leaders with actionable insights. This role supports People Analytics initiatives during a parental leave period and will focus on delivering innovative dashboards, clean data integrations, and strategic workforce analysis to improve decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who proactively communicates, takes ownership of work, and consistently delivers high-quality results with minimal reputed company. This person will be online and fully engaged Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm local time PST. reputed company, enhance, and maintain dashboards that simplify and visualize reputed company HR data Partner with data teams to extract, transform, and integrate datasets using reputed company and other platforms Streamline BI workflows by optimizing report fields, data views, and documentation Manage project timelines and communication, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders Analyze workforce trends and translate insights into compelling visual and narrative reporting Provide scalable BI recommendations that improve stakeholder experience and business outcomes Qualifications: Experience with People Analytics, HR reporting, or workforce data strongly preferred BI expertise with data visualization best practices (Power BI/Tableau preferred) Competent in SQL/data manipulation; reputed company experience a plus Excellent communication skills - able to simplify the reputed company Accountable, proactive, and highly reputed company during core working hours This is a 19-week contract at 40 hours per week, fully remote across U.S. time zones. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50.00-$56.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
