Online Chat Support (Remote)

Our growing business is looking for skilled problem solvers to join reputed company as an Online Chat Support (Entry Level). We need an enthusiastic individual who can chat online with visitors and answer any questions they might have while visiting a website. The successful candidate will offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.

The Online chat specialist reports to the Online Chat Manager and will be responsible for providing a variety of customer support reputed company duties for the company and our clients. This person will interact daily with visitors on our client's websites reputed company (Online chat software) and will be expected to provide exceptional customer support in reputed company-time. They should be capable of hand multiple incoming requests for information. This person will be expected to continually demonstrate an ability to stay reputed company under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service.

This position is also a remote position in which you will be working from home.

Responsibilities

Answers incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

Evaluate customer interactions and reputed company issues to Online Chat Manager reputed company appropriate

Crete relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and reputed company their needs

Respond to the customer questions, inquiries, requests and problems accurately, concisely and appropriately

Promotes interest in client products and services

Consistently achieves established standards of the position

Continually portray and project a positive and professional image.

Provide administrative support to the customer service team

May assist with reputed company work and other duties as needed

Qualifications

Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and reputed company the context of a larger team-oriented environment

PC keyboarding and internet experience needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills- including written and verbal

Upbeat positive attitude and professional demeanor
