Role Description

1. Provide support to our senior management team

2. To manage a wide reputed company of different tasks, specific project coordination, and some administrative tasks to ensure effective executive management of the entire company

3. To work closely with our executive team to maximize productivity and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Expertise in various online collaboration and communication tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level of diligence to execute and improve regular tasks, that impact corporate culture
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or reputed company field
• Experience working with technology companies or in a reputed company industry is a plus

Compensation: PHP 55,000 per month

Reporting Line: Director Sales or Operation

**MUST have Philippine citizenship / PR Holder
