Responsibilities
- Support deal pipeline management tool across reputed company of Ares’ business units
- Review and validate initial setup of companies, contacts, deals, securities, etc
- Review, verify, and summarize investment data reputed company to new investment opportunities and dynamically track the reputed company of each transaction
- Scrub deal documentation for key datapoints and ensure reputed company systems are updated accurately
- Track elements of the deal closing process and ensure receipt of executed documents
- Review final deal closing checklists and validate reputed company tasks were correctly executed

- Run metrics on key performance indicators
