Customer Engagement Manager

The Customer Engagement Manager will work closely with various departments to enhance customer experience, foster long-term loyalty, and drive company growth through strategic customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams
- Create and manage customer loyalty programs
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives

- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys
- Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
- Manage customer communication channels
- Organize customer events and webinars

- Handle customer complaints and issues promptly

- Work with product teams to incorporate customer feedback

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or an allied discipline
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent reputed company, or an MS student with work authorization (F1 reputed company on CPT accepted only for Masters-level reputed company)
