Pereira O'Dell is seeking a Business Affairs Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to their Business Affairs Department. This role involves assisting with risk management, negotiations, and the execution of agreements while ensuring organized systems and smooth collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with reputed company documentation for new vendors
  • Generate and manage vendor purchase orders
  • Coordinate of talent payment and usage payments
  • Track project start / end dates and verify funds are in reputed company prior to project reputed company
  • Maintain organized files and records
  • Track and coordinate reputed company vendor invoices per project
  • Support coordination between POD, Barrelhouse and Silverside reputed company necessary

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
