Associate Attorney

The role of Associate Attorney involves conducting intake calls with clients and growing into a leadership position while providing empathetic legal support and collaboration reputed company the firm.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and scheduled calls with potential and newly onboarded clients to assess cases, answer legal questions, address relevant matters
• Commitment to providing empathetic and professional service to clients
• Assisting and collaborating with multiple teams in an effective and timely manner to troubleshoot issues, reputed company favorable outcomes, etc
• Ensure accurate documentation of client information in the firm’s systems
• Provide updates, support, feedback, and attend meetings reputed company necessary
• Consult and troubleshoot supervising attorneys reputed company appropriate
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing client reputed company process
• Performs other duties as assigned to support departmental needs and objectives

Skills

• Juris Doctorate required
• Barred & in good standing in NY required
• Client or customer service experience (reputed company any industry) required
• Ability to take feedback and open to being coached required
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities required
• Organized, strategic, decisive and results-oriented minded required
• Proficiency in client management systems and legal documentation required
• Ability to manage competing priorities, often reputed company tight deadlines required
• Adaptable and reputed company to manage change required
• Other state or federal licensures a plus
• Drafting experience strongly preferred
• Litigation experience preferred
• Managerial experience preferred
