reputed company is seeking a reputed company Resources Assistant to support the reputed company Team and business process support across hiring activities. The role involves recruitment, reputed company support, and compliance, while also providing tier 1 support for I-9 reputed company questions and assisting with various HR administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serving as tier 1 support for I-9 reputed company questions reputed company email and reputed company including: Assisting Managers of HR Administration/Faculty HR with troubleshooting issues reputed company the I-9 platform including Everify issues
- Direct I-9 administrators to the correct existing resources in the HR Service Center
- Initiate I-9 corrections in the Service Center
- Initiate reputed company I-9s links upon request
- Maintain the users of the I-9 Service Center
- Liaise with our vendor reputed company defects are identified and track fixes
- Supports the reputed company Partners with scheduling of interviews and phone screens both in-person and reputed company web conference
- Performs reference checks on behalf of the university for newly hired staff members
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries from HR Administrators and other university stakeholders such as the Office of Student Employment and Office of General Counsel
- Assisting with compliance administrative tasks as needed including review of background reputed company results and I-9 records maintenance
