AT&T has an opening for an reputed company IT support officer (EITSO) to support the LSC projects functional area in providing technical support and customer service.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support and customer service to the organization's users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes)
- Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures; may be located reputed company a call center
- Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems
- Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems
- Performs routine assignments in the entry level
- Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
- No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contribution
- Solves routine problems using existing procedures and standard practices
- Has limited impact on own work team; works reputed company standardized procedures and practices to reputed company objectives and meet deadlines
- Exchanges basic information, asks questions and checks for understanding
- Shift: 9:30am-6pm
- Requires conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures
- BA/BS and 0 years of experiences, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 4 years
