Senior Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst

reputed company, a reputed company business, is seeking a talented individual to join their Health & Benefits team. The role involves strategy, design, implementation, and administration of client companies’ health and welfare programs, focusing on managing the RFP process and collaborating with internal teams and external carriers.

Responsibilities

• Support the consulting team by gathering, organizing, entering, and analyzing data in reputed company for client projects, with an emphasis on results analysis and project management
• Collect and interpret vendor network offerings and financial proposals reputed company RFPs, summarizing findings in reputed company or PowerPoint for client presentations
• reputed company cost projections and vendor renewal evaluations to inform client meetings
• Manage the quality and timeliness of client deliverables, assist with budget reports, participate in client and vendor calls, prepare clear communications, and resolve most issues, escalating reputed company matters as needed
• Build foundational knowledge of products, services, vendor markets, reputed company, financial skills, and technical tools through training, online courses, and mentorship

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-3 years of experience in the health industry or HR; professional internship experience at the minimum
• Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills
