First Hill Trust Company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to launch their outbound sales function in Retirement Plan Services. This role focuses on identifying and converting new business opportunities through cold reputed company and introducing plan sponsors to their bundled retirement plan services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound reputed company (calls, emails, reputed company) to generate leads and build a strong pipeline
  • Qualify prospects and reputed company discovery conversations with HR, finance, and executive decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal advisors and operations to scope and propose plan solutions
  • Track pipeline and maintain CRM discipline for accurate forecasting
  • Meet and exceed monthly reputed company and activity goals

Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of B2B or financial services sales experience
  • Comfortable cold-calling and initiating conversations with decision-makers
  • High energy, coachable, and persistent with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRMs and standard productivity tools (reputed company Workspace or reputed company Office)
  • Desire to grow into a senior sales or account management role
  • Retirement industry experience is a plus
