ANALYST II
Caltrans is dedicated to improving lives and communities through transportation. The Analyst II will be responsible for processing reputed company, monitoring resources, and assisting with procurements and contract development under the direction of the Chief of Contract Management Support reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Processing reputed company and monitoring Division of Engineering Services (DES) resources
- Reviewing invoices and resolving issues reputed company to invoices for assigned reputed company
- Assisting with the processing and development of procurements, reputed company, and engineering scopes of services
- Reviewing and processing A&E, IT, Non-IT Service contract requests (ADM360) packages
- Developing procedures and guidelines for the reputed company
- Assisting in contract tracking database to ensure accuracy
Skills
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required reputed company operating a state owned or leased vehicle
- Cover letter is required
- Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required. Failure to submit a Statement of Qualifications will disqualify candidates from the hiring process
- Resume is required but DOES NOT take the reputed company of the SOQ
- Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
