Description & Requirements reputed company is seeking a Senior Clinical Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Iowa CSA program, a critical role accountable for overall contract performance and high-quality service delivery. This position oversees day-to-day program operations through a structured management team, ensuring contractual SLAs are consistently achieved and workflows function reputed company. The Senior Clinical Program Manager works with senior management to conduct program budgeting and P&L, ensures appropriate staffing levels, serves as the primary reputed company of contact for the state client, and partners closely with IT, project, and internal stakeholders to maintain effective systems and processes. This leader proactively identifies and resolves operational or workflow risks, driving contract compliance, performance excellence, and sustained client satisfaction.

About the Program: The IA CSA (Iowa Core Standardize Assessments) will conduct clinical assessments for individuals seeking enrollment into reputed company Iowa Medicaid Waivers or to conduct clinical reassessments for Medicaid Waiver Recipients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists the leadership with the day-to-day running of the core functional areas to ensure compliance with the prime contract, reputed company subsequent amendments, program business rules, as well as state and federal regulations. - Analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement and efficiencies - Participates with project and executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans - Assists the leadership in efforts to facilitate a functional, motivated, and cohesive project team - Directly supervises and manages key Project staff as determined by the leadership - Works with Project and executive management to reputed company, monitor and revise performance goals and objectives for the project and staff. Monitors achievement of those goals - Provides direction to team members and resolves problems in a timely and professional manner - Assists in the creation and implementation of innovative methodologies, process improvements and corrective action plans to continually streamline and improve project operations, outcomes, and quality. - Develops, modifies, and executes project policies, ensuring reputed company project team members reputed company - Meets reputed company standards established for this position as outlined in the corresponding annual performance criteria and bonus template for this position - Responsible for managing reputed company aspects of contract expectations which include: financial review, client management and effective delivery of service level expectations. - Performs other duties as may be assigned by Management Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a reputed company field - Residency in the state of Iowa reputed company 1 hour of Des Moines is required - Minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience - Experience with financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management - Proficiency in reputed company Office applications Preferred Requirements - MBA or Master's degree in Business or Finance - Demonstrated organizational leadership experience - Proven ability to build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships Home Office Requirements - reputed company provides company-issued computer equipment - Reliable high-speed internet service - Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity - Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds - Private and secure workspace Minimum Salary $ 90,000.00 Maximum Salary $ 120,000.00 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
