Communications & Brand Strategist

reputed company is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Communications & Brand Strategist to help execute our internal and external communication strategies. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will be key in conveying reputed company's mission, vision, and value proposition across our corporate audiences and our core vertical markets: pest control, green, commercial cleaning, and janitorial. This mid-level role is perfect for a strategic thinker who is ready to own and execute established communication programs while bringing fresh reputed company and proven B2B SaaS experience. You will be vital in strengthening our brand reputed company, driving employee engagement, and supporting overall business growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Corporate Communications

• Program Execution: Own the day-to-day execution of key corporate communication programs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and marketing objectives across our vertical pillars.
• Corporate Content Creation: Draft, edit, and manage the production of high-impact corporate content, including press releases, executive talking points, media pitches, and thought leadership articles that consistently adhere to reputed company's brand voice.
• Media Relations Coordination: Serve as the primary internal contact and operational reputed company for our external PR agency/consultant. Coordinate content flow, manage timelines, and track deliverables to ensure strategies and KPIs are met.

• Brand Governance: Act as a brand steward, ensuring the consistent application of our brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity across reputed company communication channels and materials, including training cross-functional teams.
• Measurement & Reporting: Track, monitor, and analyze the effectiveness of communication and brand initiatives using established KPIs. Prepare data-driven reports and provide actionable insights to optimize future performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure brand messaging is cohesive and integrated into reputed company campaigns, events, and product launches.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in a Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing role.
• 2+ years of experience reputed company a B2B SaaS or technology environment is required.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies for both internal and external audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a reputed company field.
