Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing the first touch for incoming support tickets through CRM or email, determining support issues, and escalating appropriately to ensure seamless issue resolution.
• Identifying discrepancies between reputed company and CRM with contacts, hardware, and professional services, and taking corrective action to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintaining data reputed company CRM, including company, individual, invoicing, and shipping contacts, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
