Software Development Manager – GoLang

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States The Golang Manager leads software engineering teams in the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure applications and services using Golang. This role provides technical leadership, drives engineering best practices, and ensures high-quality solutions are delivered on time and reputed company with business and technological standards. Essential Functions

• Drive adoption of clean code principles, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability across Go-based systems.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Application Architects, Business Analysts, reputed company, and QA teams to plan, design, build, test, and reputed company Go applications and microservices.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technical discipline, or commensurate work experience required
• 6 years of experience in Software Development with progressively elevated roles required
• 2 years of people management experience in a Technical field required
• Financial industry experience preferred
• Experience with one or multiple programming languages (Go/Golang) is preferred
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, and React is a plus

• Experience developing in the Azure environment
