The Role

As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Key Responsibilities

* Bring great customer service to the customers reputed company phone, email, and in some cases, chat

  • Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Provide support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

* reputed company in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)

  • Passion and interest in customer service! Previous experience is not required but a valued merit.
  • Ability to work from one of our offices or from the comfort of your home reputed company the Baltic region
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
