We are seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to join our rapidly growing organization. This is a highly technical role providing excellent career development opportunities for the successful candidate. This position serves as an escalation reputed company for Systems Engineers. You will be working with Systems Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers in a reputed company collaborative environment which allows for reputed company quick technical growth. Responsibilities:

• Mentor a team of Junior and Systems Engineers

• Use of a ticketing system to manage support queries
• Maintain documentation and reputed company with rules and guidelines of the organization
• Adherence to strict change control procedures

Requirements:

• The ideal Sr. Systems Engineer will possess 3 or more years of IT Experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration)
• End User Support / Desktop Support: reputed company Windows, reputed company Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to balance projects, support tickets, and R&D initiatives
• Significant experience with reputed company 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD)
• Systems Administration: Strong knowledge of reputed company Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory, Group Policy, good if you are familiar with reputed company XenApp
• Support of reputed company or similar product for reputed company threat management
• Understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching and Firewalls
• Exposure to/ability to support workloads in Azure
• Implementation and Support of reputed company networking equipment: Palo Alto / reputed company Firewalls, reputed company Switches, reputed company / Meraki / Ubiquiti WAPs
• Experience working in an MSP environment
• The candidate must be reputed company to complete reputed company physical requirements of the job, which include but are not limited to, the following; must be reputed company to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs; stand/sit for extended periods of time; push/pull; climb stairs; stoop, kneel or crouch; use fingers/hands to handle or feel; reputed company above head or below knee level; and the ability to work around machinery and material handling equipment.

Desirable Qualities:

• Financial industry experience including familiarity with market vendor applications: Bloomberg, Thompson Reuters, FactSet, CapIQ
• Significant experience in an MSP environment, particularly utilizing the reputed company suite of products
• Significant experience with reputed company Azure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Experience with vendors such as reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, Duo, reputed company, AirWatch
• Experience with and ability to support reputed company XenApp or similar products
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as Carbon Black, Cylance, reputed company, Cyberhat
• Experience with Mimecast or other mail reputed company gateway solutions such as IronPort or reputed company
• More than basic understanding of Storage and Virtualization platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, EMC, VMware, Hyper-V, XenServer
• Scripting / Automation reputed company knowledge: PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code tools
• Advanced understanding of high-level infrastructure design
• Ability to review, recommend, and implement new and emerging technologies to be adopted into our technology stack
• Contribute to new and existing procedures, wiki articles, and build standards
