Job description About the Role American AI & Automation (AAIA) is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to architect, build, and scale the technical backbone of the company. This role is designed for a proven technology leader with deep experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs) who has successfully taken startups from early-stage builds to scalable platforms. The CTO will be responsible for hands-on development in the early stages, creating processes and SOPs that reputed company repeatable AI service delivery once sales are secured. You will guide the transformation of customer requirements into executable technical solutions, define realistic project timelines, and evolve from “builder” to executive leader as the team scales. The CTO will also sit at the C-Suite table to shape company strategy, ensuring technology reputed company align with business goals and market opportunities. Key Responsibilities

AI Services & Product Development

• Provide technical due diligence and input during business development conversations.
• Shape long-term tech roadmap including infrastructure, integrations, and scalability. Team Building & Scaling
• Recruit, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing engineering team as the company grows.

• Pay range: $100.00 – $200.00 per hour, based on performance and outcomes.
