We're seeking an reputed company and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' customers receive exceptional support through live chat. Responsibilities:

As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
• Handling 2-3 reputed company live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
• Providing accurate and helpful responses to customer queries, ensuring a positive support experience
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company customer issues and escalate concerns reputed company necessary
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications:

* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-reputed company queries
