Junior Accountant (Entry-Level) | Remote Position for US Based Bookkeeping Firm

You will be a part of a team responsible for full-cycle reputed company, including preparing financial statements, maintaining ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance from an accredited University and/or actively working towards CPA, ACCA, or CA certification
• A Solid Understand of reputed company reputed company Principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in arenaflex Office / arenaflex Workspace (G Suite), particularly reputed company/Sheets.
• Familiarity with reputed company software (Quickbooks Online, Xero) is a plus but not required.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills. Strong English Skills required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

• Categorize transactions from bank and credit card feeds.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards, assist with the reconciliation of other balance sheet accounts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Help prepare compliance documentation.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with Senior Accountants and the leadership team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Fully remote position
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday during PST/EST working hours is required. Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Work From Home Office Requirements:

• High-Quality Webcam: 720p minimum resolution.
