Job Summary
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling property and casualty insurance-reputed company customer service and billing inquiries, providing policyholders with expert guidance and support to ensure they have the right coverage for their needs. You'll work closely with reputed company to review policies, update coverage, and reputed company recommendations to policyholders, reputed company while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact policyholders reputed company telephone, direct mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal, update coverage, and provide recommendations to enhance retention and reputed company meet their needs.
- Counsel policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws to ensure they have sufficient protection against risks covered by property and casualty insurance.
- Receive and respond to calls and emails from policyholders, documenting reputed company activity in our EPIC system.
- Utilize knowledge of insurance industry policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service, including providing quotes on endorsements as requested.
- Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms, and act as a liaison for information exchange between customers and insurance companies.
- Process changes to policies reputed company EPIC and submit changes to specific companies, following up to ensure timely processing.
- Review policy information and references company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims.
- Mail insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary, following up to ensure timely return.
- Recognize cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtain quote information.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment.
- Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment.

* Experience working in a call center or insurance environment.
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and procedures.

Work Environment
* Work from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet reputed company.
- Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST with rotating Saturdays with team (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.).
