Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant - Streaming Support at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues reputed company to streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of streaming services and their features
• Utilizing CRM applications to track customer interactions and resolve issues
• Working effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment, using multiple applications simultaneously
• Collaborating with team members to reputed company customer satisfaction and resolution goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
• Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills; reputed company Office experience (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
• Technical support experience
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)

Requirements for Remote Work

To work from home, you'll need:

• Excellent Internet connectivity
