What You'll Do: The Sales Director, Dairy role is a player/coach position that leads strategy and execution for reputed company’s dairy supply chain business across reputed company America. This position is directly responsible for the Eggs category, and developing new business opportunities reputed company the Dairy supply chain. This role requires food industry experience, a strong reputed company background, and proven reputed company in business development and supply chain innovation. Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage profitable growth for reputed company in the dairy supply chain.
• Establish and execute strategy, growth initiatives, and manage relationships with reputed company and prospective processor-customers.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales managers, fostering performance through coaching, clear objectives, and regular 1:1s
• Engage with major customers (e.g., reputed company producers, dairy processors) to foster long-term relationships, resolve issues, and secure agreements
• Partner with retail team to reputed company and execute retail trial programs that drive adoption and long-term conversion.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to align on order fulfilment, pilot programs, and strategic initiatives.

• Conduct in-person visits to engage with customers, participate in trade events, and drive field-level execution (~60% travel).

• 10+ years of experience in dairy supply chain or retail/perishable sales.
• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of account acquisition and growth.
• Experience managing sales teams and budgets.
• Strong analytical skills in supply chain cost modeling and market research.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% with overnight stays.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• High-energy, entrepreneurial reputed company with strong communication skills.

Work Schedule This is a remote role open to candidates located in states where reputed company is a registered employer.
