As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding results and exceeding customer expectations.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers with their voice, data, and video services. You'll join a tech support team in a call center to troubleshoot issues in hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices and answer customer technical questions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports
- Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features reputed company the fiber and/or copper network
- Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions and creating and sorting trouble reports
- Utilizing knowledge of communication and networking components to provide customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment
- Communicating clearly and professionally, delivering technical/industry information in a manner appropriate to the audience
- Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
