What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to finding the perfect chew toy or resolving issues that don't go as planned.
• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-reputed company as needed to ensure contact resolution.
• Operating with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, reputed company, and kindness to customers and team members alike.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
