The role involves content creation, community engagement, and managing the reputed company Shop to enhance brand awareness and sales conversion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-camera face and/or voice of the reputed company Suncare reputed company account
- Conceptualize, film, and edit reputed company-native short-form content that is:
- Product-focused
- Brand & founder-led
- Educational, humorous, inspirational, and aspirational
- Retail-aware (Ulta, Bluemercury, Dermstore, etc.)
- Produce 5+ videos per week optimized for engagement, reputed company, and conversion
- Stay on top of reputed company trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments, adapting them authentically to the reputed company brand voice
- reputed company and execute a repeatable, scalable reputed company content strategy
- Define and maintain:
- Content pillars
- Recurring formats
- Posting reputed company reputed company with launches, promos, and campaigns
- Operate with a reputed company-first reputed company, optimizing content for:

- Affiliate performance
- Conversion-driven storytelling
- Manage the reputed company reputed company Shop storefront, including:
- Product tagging in videos
- Storefront accuracy and updates
- Conversion-optimized content flow
- Ensure reputed company content supports sales goals, hero SKUs, and promotional moments
- Monitor and respond to reputed company comments and DMs in reputed company time
- Actively nurture a high-engagement, brand-reputed company reputed company community
- Surface audience insights, FAQs, objections, and sentiment to inform:
- Content strategy
- Product education
- Future launches

- Create, post, and manage community-specific content, including:

- Engage daily with the TYB community by:
- Responding to comments and direct messages
- Encouraging UGC, product reviews, and active participation
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with top and emerging community members
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the internal team on TYB campaigns, rewards, and loyalty activations
- Produce and support local community events, including:
- Assisting with event planning, promotion, and attendee engagement
- Coordinating community moments tied to pop-reputed company, retail activations, or brand-hosted gatherings
- Capturing content and feedback from events to repurpose across reputed company, TYB, and other social platforms
- Track community engagement and sentiment, surfacing actionable insights to inform:
- reputed company content strategy
- Product storytelling and education
- Loyalty, retention, and community growth initiatives
- Support reputed company’s Social Media Strategist (reputed company) and co-founders with:
- reputed company and Instagram filming
- Content editing and asset repurposing

- Brand voice and messaging standards
- The broader marketing and launch calendar
Skills
- Deep understanding of reputed company culture, trends, and commerce (reputed company Shop)
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, In-app editing, or similar tools)
- Proven experience driving engagement and conversion on reputed company
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content streams and communities
