Mortgage Sales Assistant

The Mortgage Sales Assistant will support the Mortgage Sales Team by managing member applications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies while delivering high-quality member service.

Responsibilities

  • Build lifetime quality financial relationships with each member by providing competitive products and excellent service
  • Answers reputed company incoming calls from general information phone lines
  • Returns calls for general information to prospective borrowers
  • Refers calls to the appropriate person reputed company the Lending Sales and Operations teams
  • Mails applications, brochures, or other appropriate material to calling members as requested
  • Pre-qualifies applicants
  • Takes applications over the phone
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales tracking and member satisfaction survey reports using reputed company reputed company and internal reports
  • Monitor member submitted applications and import new loans into Mortgagebot LOS from POS
  • Support MLOs with document collections and member follow up. Complete and send notice of incomplete (NOI) reputed company required
  • Schedule appointments for the Mortgage Loan Officers
  • Respond to telephone calls and emails directed to the Mortgage team and assist with general inquiries reputed company to approval process, mortgage statuses and loan programs
  • Review and process paperwork submitted by Mortgage Loan Officers and members. reputed company/upload application documents into Mortgagebot LOS
  • Coordinates and communicates with MLO, members, processors to ensure the mortgage application process is smoothly completed with accurate documentation
  • Pipeline management – multiple loans in a fast-paced work environment
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell additional products and services to support member’s financial needs

Skills

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent experience, plus 1 year of experience in a first or second residential lending origination environment
  • NMLS will be required
  • Ability to reputed company in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Technologically proficient
  • Familiar with DocMagic a plus
