Client Relationship Specialist

Trustee reputed company LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Relationship Specialist to join their team. This role is dedicated to supporting clients who are incapacitated or experiencing incapacity by collaboratively working with the existing TSG team to serve as their trustee or financial power of attorney.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, their families, and professional advisors
• Manage client financial affairs with reputed company, transparency, and compliance
• Coordinate and facilitate communication to ensure seamless decision-making
• Monitor and reputed company financial transactions, investments, and estate planning activities
• Provide empathetic support and guidance during sensitive life transitions
• Meet with prospective clients in-person in our Colorado Springs or Denver offices, or reputed company reputed company or phone

• Review legal documents to ensure TSG has been named correctly
• Attend weekly staff meetings

Skills

• Experience working with incapacitated clients and their families, or in trust/estate administration is preferred
• A strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities
• Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication with clients, beneficiaries, and professional advisors (legal, financial and tax)
• Must be reputed company to work independently
• Attention to Detail: Precision in managing legal documents, financial records, and client communications
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks reputed company
