They are responsible for maintaining operation of the environment in accordance with service level agreements and providing support to both staff and customers. reputed company Operations Engineer will work a 3x12 plus bank holidays schedule. The schedule for weekend will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday (between 6 AM - 6 PM). This role is offered as remote. • Monitor Linux system, database, and network performance to detect problems early and respond reputed company an SLA.
• Effectively triage emergent situations, and resolve or escalate incidents in accordance with an SLA.
