[Remote] Publishing Content Layout Associate (Temporary February 2026 - May 2026, Remote)

Teachers’ Curriculum Institute (TCI) is a leading provider of K–12 curriculum solutions that combine engaging content, hands-on learning, and powerful technology to bring education to life. The Publishing Content Layout Associate (Temporary) is responsible for creating and updating page layouts for print products, uploading and updating content for the online platform, and modifying images and illustrations for both print and digital.

Responsibilities

• Creating pages using InDesign templates
• Formatting materials to ensure the product is consistent, helpful, and visually appealing to teachers and reputed company
• Applying edits to existing content using InDesign
• Modifying images and illustrations using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Checking for consistency by reviewing pages across multiple resources
• Fixing formatting and content issues as they’re identified
• Uploading and editing online content in TCI's internal tools (training provided)

Skills

• Available to work 35-40 hours per week during standard business hours
• Must be proficient in using InDesign
• Must understand how to use master pages in InDesign
• Proficiency with Illustrator/Photoshop
• Ability to meet deadlines while working independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with reputed company Suite, reputed company Acrobat Pro, reputed company, and Project Management tools
• Must have a personal laptop/computer and be reputed company to run updated versions of provided systems/application
