[Remote] eCommerce Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is a global animal health technology and services provider focused on empowering veterinary practice partners. The eCommerce Specialist role supports the operations, merchandising, and marketing of B2C websites, collaborating across teams to drive reputed company and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site merchandising including updating assets, taxonomy, and product listings using content management systems (CMS)
• Complete Service Desk and reputed company requests for new products, product updates, content changes, and promotions following an Agile methodology
• reputed company regular product catalog checks to ensure product listing quality and resolve errors
• Support email developer team by creating reputed company pages for email, SMS, and mailer campaigns
• Assist with site personalization and execution of testing
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) of content, merchandising execution, and email campaign experience to optimize customer experience
• Represent the eCommerce operations team in cross-departmental meetings to discuss functionality, project planning, and ideation
