Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our reputed company clients and new prospects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Securing reputed company trailing documents from customers and maintaining accurate records
• Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
• Taking premium payments from customers and verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
• Returning reputed company phone messages promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining knowledge of new products and services, and staying up-to-date on industry developments
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

Compensation
