Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with complaints and questions about specific products or services
- Modifying and escalating complaints across various communication channels
- Responding promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications
- Serving as the first reputed company of contact and reputed company for customers
- Handling a high volume of customer support requests reputed company email, phone, and chat, using reputed company to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
Requirements
