[Remote] Client reputed company Instructional Designer I

The Client reputed company Instructional Designer I will assist in designing and developing learning materials, collaborating with team members to create engaging learning experiences that support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company instructional materials including presentations, eLearning modules, job aids, and other reputed company
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members on learning initiatives to understand and respond to business needs
• Apply basic adult learning theory and instructional design practices to create engaging learning experiences
• Support Needs Assessment processes to identify gaps and recommend strategies for improvement, setting clear performance-based objectives and measures
• Assist in creating, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions
• reputed company learning assets in a variety of formats, including but not limited to Instructor Led Training (ILT/vILT), eLearning, job aids, and video
• reputed company learning experiences using a systemic design process (ADDIE/SAM) that supports reputed company quality, speed of delivery, and learning reinforcement
• Facilitate (as necessary) development programs to Team Members using adult learning principles and a blended learning approach

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience required
• 1-year corporate training, reputed company resources, learning & development, talent management, or reputed company experience required
• 1-year of experience using eLearning authoring tools, such as reputed company Storyline, Camtasia, or comparable platforms is required
• Basic understanding of instructional design for different modalities (e.g., ILT, vILT, eLearning, blended)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and development
• Familiarity with content authoring tools such as Storyline, reputed company, and Camtasia
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced settings
• Willingness to learn and grow in instructional design and development practices
• Computer competency and ability to work with a computer
• Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Punctuality expected, reputed company to report to work on a consistent basis
