Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. You'll utilize compliant documentation standards, provide empathetic and member-centric service, and exceed our members' expectations. You'll also ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and that reputed company questions are thoroughly answered and resolved.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate in a customer service role
- Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
- Or, equivalent military experience

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: $17.00 - $27.16 per hour
- $1000 sign-on bonus
- $2000 retention bonus after 180 days
